A meeting that started with 11 people has now grown to over 200 people in weekly attendance. To God be the glory
Gold in the slum is aimed at giving a sense of direction to so many young people in Ajegunle-Apapa. Started by Praise Fowowe in 2003 the meeting which holds between 4-6pm every sunday is poised to transform more lives in 2008 with the Next Minutes series that is on at the moment. More people are joining and the members have resolved to take responsibility for themselves and the other young people in Ajegunle
When we hear Ajegunle before now people only think about soccer, music and violence but the order is changing and now we want the message of transformation to spread to the whole world that the movemnet that is out to raise a sexually pure generation of young people started from Ajegunle and is gradually spreading to the other parts of Lagos
Surely something good is coming out of Ajegunle
Join us this sunday at the Bequest Hall in Orodu street Ajegunle-Apapa and your life won't remain the same
YOU ARE WELCOME
