answer the following questions

-Do you feel inferior when you see others who seem to be better, smarter or better dressed than you?
-Do you look down on others when you are around popular figures or celebrities?

This means being able to realistically acknowledge our strengths and limitations (which is part of being human) and at the same time accepting ourselves as worthy and worthwhile without conditions or reservations

taking a cue from Barrack Obama praise ended his presentation with shouts of Yes! you can
even if the world doesnt believe in you...... show them you can
no matter the pastor or witch that has told you you can't .... tell them you can
irrespective of how many times you have failed.....yes you can
no matter the voice telling you its not possible....yes you can
